This page describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information that is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter the 'Regulation'). Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The personal data provided can be used to fulfill (any) user requests. The same are transmitted in an optional, explicit and voluntary way, through the use of e-mail ("Contacts" section) for the request of some services indicated on the site. The data can be used for purposes related to obligations established by laws, regulations and community legislation, provisions issued by legitimated authorities and supervisory and control bodies.

Processing methods
Personal data are processed with automated and telematic tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Duration of treatment
The personal data of the interested party will be kept for the time periods specified below, as indicated pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 2 of the Regulations.
The personal data provided will be kept (in electronic archives) until deemed necessary for the provision of the services and services requested, and will subsequently be deleted, unless otherwise indicated by the interested party and in any case for a period not exceeding 36 months from collection. . We inform you that pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1 of the Regulation, your personal data will not be subject to any transfer outside the EU.

Exercise of rights by the interested party.
Pursuant to art. from 13 and following of the Regulation, we inform you about the obligations that the Data Controller has towards you.
You have the right to ask the Data Controller to access personal data, correct or delete them, integrate data or limit the processing that concern you or to oppose their processing, in the cases provided for;
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor) if you believe that your data have been processed illegitimately, which can be reached on the website;
The Data Controller guarantees that any corrections or cancellations or limitations of the processing carried out at the request of the interested party, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort - will be communicated by the Data Controller to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted. . The Data Controller informs the interested party of these recipients if the interested party requests it; You may also revoke the consent given for the purposes indicated above at any time.
