This page describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information that is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter the 'Regulation'). The information is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46 / EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The personal data provided can be used to fulfill (any) user requests. The same are transmitted in an optional, explicit and voluntary way, through the use of e-mail ("Contacts" section) for the request of some services indicated on the site. We inform you that pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1 of the Regulation, your personal data will not be subject to any transfer outside the EU.


Exercise of rights by the interested party.
Pursuant to art. from 13 and following of the Regulation, we inform you about the obligations that the Data Controller has towards you.
You have the right to ask the Data Controller to access personal data, correct or delete them, integrate data or limit the processing that concern you or to oppose their processing, in the cases provided for;
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor) if you believe that your data have been processed illegitimately, which can be reached on the website www.garanteprivacy.it;
The Data Controller guarantees that any corrections or cancellations or limitations of the processing carried out at the request of the interested party, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort - will be communicated by the Data Controller to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted. . The Data Controller informs the interested party of these recipients if the interested party requests it; You may also revoke the consent given for the purposes indicated above at any time. The exercise of your rights is not subject to any form of constraint and you will receive a written reply within 30 days (except for your specific request for an oral reply);
